Roadblock: I can stay committed to eating well if…it’s only temporary. What, keep this up…forever? You have to be kidding. And of course that is one of the problems with radical programs. Most people can do something radical temporarily, but what about the stuff you have to learn to do all the time? When does that get learned?
Safe detour: Working with the calories and eating plan for your goal weight right from the start makes so much more sense. Potential clients often ask me what “my program” is. I answer: logic. It is simply learning the job responsibilities for the job you are actually going to have…well yes, forever.
