Make room for calories out – keep your exercise routine in place. It is so easy to let calories in and who doesn’t want to during the holidays? I remember the first time I attended the special Thanksgiving morning classes always offered at my gym. I expected to be one of the only people there since I didn’t typically have Thanksgiving dinner at my house. But the class was mobbed, and practically all of the women there were hosting the holidays. They had gotten their turkeys in and ran off to squeeze in the class. This is the kind of stuff that people who successfully manage their weight do. It is not that they find it easy; they find it worth it.
