The only person inside my head is me, so only I can really know what my tipping point is in any given situation. And it is a bit of a moving target at that. On a day where I am tired or stressed, or if I had a “bad” food day the day before, my tipping point can be a lot closer than on a day where I am more bullet proof. With time, I can come to recognize how fragile I am on any particular day, and protect myself accordingly.
