It is helpful to recount details of my past successful dieting experiences like, “Oh yeah, I used to make that Weight Watchers veggies soup all the time”, or, “That was when I was bringing my lunch to work”, or, “That was when I changed at the office and went straight to the gym from work without stopping home”. Maybe no one thing was the be all and end all, but I notice how, innocuous bit by innocuous bit, I gave away these pieces of the puzzle that together had been creating some kind of critical mass of momentum for me.
