Does it work for me because it manages my appetite?… does it provide lots of volume – probably of veggies?  Does it advocate lots of protein and fats –  like Protein Power, SouthBeach, Atkins etc.?  Does it lock in the time of day I eat those proteins (likely morning)?  Does it make the decisions in advance by providing a specific menu or even just create portion control in the form of pre-packaging – like NutriSystem or Zone delivered meals?  I need to know what it was about it that seemed to work for me so that I can build that into my own forever plan.
