Does it work for me because it is extremely limited or, on the contrary, extremely flexible? Am I one of those defiant people who says, “Don’t tell me what I have to eat?” (that’s me), or am I one of those who does best without decisions? (actually, that’s me too). Understanding this about myself, I make my own menu up for the week and do the food prep in advance so that the decisions are mine, but I never have to make any of them when I am hungry and perhaps not in the mood to make good food choices. Best of both worlds.
