Is the very thing that makes it work for me something I could see myself doing indefinitely, or not… can I keep starving, having balls behind my ears, drinking only shakes, taking appetite suppressing drugs, eating cereal for two of my meals, excluding whole food groups, denying myself any treats, using meal replacements, dealing with the costs of joining programs, etc?  If not, what is Plan B?  What’s my history with sustaining weight loss after the plan is over?  Were there tools I continued to use?
