I have noticed that my weight directly reflects the people, places and foods with which I surround myself. If you take a look at what is in your kitchen cabinets (the proportion of ready alternatives that are healthy versus ready alternatives those that are not), the restaurants you go to the most, from where you order out, what parts of a menu you read or with which you are most familiar, what you buy on the road, what you bring in your car with you for snacks, what your friends habits are (what they eat, where they predictably like to go), you can see whether you are making it easier or harder for yourself.
