I often ask my clients, if you shot a video or yourself over the weekend, would you look to yourself like someone who is intending to have a good food week, intending to create positive momentum? Did you plan a menu, shop for it, prep it? Did you create an environment that will make it easy for you to stay on track?
Obviously, managing the environment makes it easy and convenient to eat the “right” things. But it does way, way, way more than that. It also asks you to invest yourself before the fact, to pre-pave the road so to speak, with your intention to behave a certain way. You are conducting yourself as you will need to be doing to stay the weight that you want to be. These are the behaviors of someone who weighs what you want to weigh.
