July 15
I figure that there are a limited number of times that I will be able to say no in any given day. Once they are gone, they are gone. There also seem to be less “no’s” in my arsenal when I am tired, stressed, in a bad mood, or ate badly the day before. Why waste my limited number of “no’s” in my own house, or in any environment that I can have some control over, like what aisles I go down in the grocery store, or where I buy my coffee? I am sure the environment has plenty of ways to tempt me for which I may not be prepared. These I know about.
