When I abandon my good habits, now I have two problems: one = eating too much of the wrong stuff, and two = not eating enough of the right stuff.  This is one of the basic problems with extremely low calorie diets – which I have succumbed to the lure of also.  They are not practice for my real life.  Even those programs that suggest that you keep a couple 500 calorie days a week in your life are really hard for people to stick with.  It is just logical to develop a bigger repertoire of tools than this.  What are you supposed to do when you are having a hungry day?
