Staging indicates and intention. The more I do to set myself up in advance to be on track, the more I must be intending to stay there. I know I am planning on a good week when I hit the farmer’s market in Ramsey on a Sunday. It inspires me to buy even more veggies than normal. I love being someone who goes there.
