Successful weight management is not only the absense of the wrong habits, it is the presence of the right ones. Clients will often proclaim to me proudly that they are really in a good spot now – they cleaned out their kitchen and there is absolutely nothing to eat in their house now. Actually, I’ll bet that that is as much of a problem as too much of the wrong stuff. I don’t know about you, but I do not struggle with weight management because I don’t eat. I am apparently going to eventually eat something. Putting foods into the environment is learning to create the healthy habits that people who are successful demonstrate.
