Exercise selectively accesses belly fat for fuel.  How cool is that?  That particular fat is metabolically more active, spitting out nasty chemicals 24 hours a day.   But it is also more easily accessible to be used for fuel.    So it is used up faster and can stop creating that unhealthy inflammation you keep hearing about that is related to every chronic illness and, by the way, to aging.
