Exercising on the morning of a really long workday is how I have the energy to get through the long workday. This is especially true if I can’t get enough sleep the night before one of those 15-hour days (you know the kind?). Now I know that the exercise it is how I will have the energy. I wonder if I could even do that long of a workday without it.
i love getting these missives on monday morning, they help to keep me focused.
