There are lots of questions I can answer from my own successful dieting history.  In fact, that is the most critical information I can use. I actually know what worked and what didn’t – no mystery.  And my own experience is far more significant than the misplaced “advice” often offered by diet plans.

Case in point:  if I know that eating candy bars in the mid morning or late afternoon doesn’t really work long term for me, I need to not doubt that painfully acquired knowledge because the diet program I am on encourages me to use one of their “bars” for my snacks, which by interesting coincidence, they sell.  My history will help me tweak my food plan to something can that hold up in the face of the endless challenges of living in this processed food centered culture.
