So what is the right food plan for me? The one that I can get myself to follow. The one that I can live with. The one that takes into consideration the things that I am apparently not willing to live without forever and eventually end up eating anyway.
What are those foods? I can figure out through trial and error how/if there is any way I can successfully build them into my budget rather than deciding that I am “off my plan” temporarily whenever I have them and then refuse to be accountable. If I ate it, I ate it, and not accommodating it into the budget (no matter how unwise eating also may have been from a nutritional or behavioral standpoint) is creating two problems – the fact that I ate whatever and perhaps “broke the seal”, and the fact that I am now also wearing it.
