Roadblock: I can stay committed to eating well if…I can just continue to be extremely picky. I have never had anyone say that and have it be only fish and veggies that they like, incidentally. Whenever I hear this, it usually means that the person mostly only likes higher calorie foods and not the fish and veggies.
Safe detour: You can work around this one too. Your choices are just limited. What’s hard to solve is to be all of the above – picky, not eat vegetables, not eat leftovers, not eat frozen entrees, not want to spend a lot of money, not want to shop, and not want to cook. Backed into a corner a bit. You can still pull it off if you are willing to eat less volume or exercise more. There is no one right way, just choices as to how.
