Environmental Basics – I have to know how much exposure is too much. I’m OK, I’m OK, I’m Ok….ooops, no I’m not. It can be a bit of a moving target (I can tolerate less when I am tired or ate badly the day before, or am with an eating buddy, for example), but predictable if I use my food history as my guide. If I derailed when I was planning not to, it was apparently too much for me. It is really that clear. At least I can take note for the next time.
