The food plan itself is huge, but still only one piece of the puzzle.  It is not the entire fix, but without it, it is hard to ever get to the rest of it.  I get undermined by my own uncontrollable appetite and cravings.  Biochemistry will out.  And, while nourishing myself properly will go a long way to taking the appetite and cravings issue out of the picture (who knew?), I still have to figure out how to manage me After all, I have been successful on specific food plans many times and yet, repeatedly gave my mojo away.   Figuring out how I did that, or how I kept it, that is the real fix.
