If every success is mine, then so must be every derailment. There is really only one common denominator in every incident…me. I would help myself out considerably if I would just have the courage to look at exactly how I have undermined and de-motivated myself (or what/who I have allowed to do that to me) instead of thinking I can just “start over” and never figure out how that is happening.
